"Joe Biden is going to be just fine," Harris said, when asked about concerns that Biden is too old to run again. "But Joe Biden is going to be fine. Let me tell you something: I work with Joe Biden every day," the vice president said.

Garuda filed the Chapter 15 case late last week at a New York bankruptcy court, CEO Irfan Setiaputra told Reuters. Chapter 15 provides for cooperation between U.S. and foreign courts, if there is a U.S. financial interest in proceedings.
